Qorvo's CMD309P4 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier housed in a leadless 4x4 mm plastic surface mount package. The CMD309P4 is ideally suited for microwave radios and C and X band applications where high gain, low noise figure and low power consumption are needed. The broadband device delivers 27 dB of gain with a corresponding output 27 dB compression point of +13 dBm and a noise figure of 1.5 dB. The CMD309P4 includes on chip blocking capacitors and is internally matched to 50 ohms which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
