QPA1725
17.3 - 21.2 GHz 20 Watt GaN Power Amplifier
Qorvo's QPA1725 is a high power, packaged Ku-Band MMIC amplifier fabricated using Qorvo's production 0.15 um GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN15). The QPA1725 targets the 17.3 – 21.2 GHz Satcom band while providing 10 Watts of linear power with third-order intermodulation distortion products of 20 dBc. Furthermore, the QPA1725 can deliver output powers up to 20 Watts with 33 dB of small-signal gain and 25% power-added efficiency.
The QPA1725 also had an integrated power detector to support system diagnostics and other needs.
To simplify system integration, the QPA1725 is fully matched to 50 ohms with DC grounded I/O ports for optimum ESD performance.
The QPA1725 is ideal for supporting communications and radar applications in both commercial and military markets.
The QPA1725 is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
