Qorvo's QPA2966 is a wideband power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on SiC process. The QPA2966 operates from 2 to 18 GHz, providing 20 W of saturated power. QPA2966 is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
Lead free and RoHS compliant.
