45 - 1218 MHz, 28 dB Gain, Push Pull Amplifier

The QPA3359 is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75-ohm Push Pull RF amplifier in a Hybrid Package, featuring 28 dB of flat gain and low noise. This IC is designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications up to 1218 MHz using a single 24 V supply. The QPA3359 offers low noise and low distortion at high efficiency consuming only 6.2 W.
