QPA9908
850 - 960 MHz, 4 Watt High Efficiency Amplifier
The QPA9908 is a high-efficiency, fully input and output matched linearizable power amplifier in RoHS compliant surface mount package. This InGaP/GaAs HBT device delivers high performance across wideband frequencies with +35.5 dBm P3 dB while maintaining 36% PAE at 28 dBm average operation power.
The QPA9908 is targeted for use as a power amplifier with DPD linearization technique in wireless infrastructure where high linearity, medium power, and high efficiency are required. The device is an excellent candidate for transceiver line cards in current and next generation multi-carrier 3G/4G/5G base stations.
