47 - 1000 MHz 34 dB CATV Push Pull Amplifier
The QPB8958 is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75-ohm push-pull RF amplifier IC featuring over 34 dB of flat gain and low noise. This IC is designed to support DOCSIS applications up to 1000 MHz using a single 24 V supply. The QPB8958 offers low noise and low distortion at high efficiency consuming only 5.8 W in a 5.0 x 7.0 QFN package. Its compact size and low Θ jc enable integration that is ideally suited for hybrid module applications.
