QPF5012

8.5 - 10.5GHz 10W Transmit/Receive Module

QPF5012 is a multi-die front-end module (FEM) designed  for 8.5-10.5GHz X-Band applications. The FEM integrates T/R switch, limiter, low-noise amplifier, and 
power amplifier. Transmit power is 10 W saturated with 40 % PAE and transmitter large signal gain is 20.5 dB. Receiver small signal gain is 23 dB, with receiver noise figure is 2.1 dB.
 
The multi-die FEM offers the optimal semiconductor technology for each functional block to maximize performance in challenging radar applications. Power amplifier and T/R switch are GaN-on-SiC while limiter and LNA are GaAs. 
 
Package is a 7.0 x 5.0 mm plastic over-mold QFN. QPF5012 offers exceptional performance in a compact footprint.
