5.1 - 5.9 GHz, 0.25 W Power Amplifier with Active Bias
Qorvo's SZA-6044 is a high performance, high linearity 5.1GHz to 5.9GHz 0.25W Class A GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) amplifier housed in a low-cost surface-mountable plastic package. This HBT amplifier is designed as a driver or final stage amplifier for equipment in the 5.1GHz to 5.9GHz band, and it can operate with a 3V to 5V supply. Load line optimization for the target band is possible outside the package. Its high linearity makes it an ideal choice for multicarrier and digital applications. The SZA-6044 is not available in a RoHS compliant (lead-free) version.
