Director, Global Procurement Systems and Compliance

Patricia’s passion for math laid the foundation for a career in engineering that quickly expanded beyond design. She began in product design engineering in the automotive industry and advanced into operations leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility, leading manufacturing relocations and footprint rationalization. Over time, she held leadership roles in planning, sourcing and supplier quality across multiple industries. Today, she leads global procurement systems and compliance, focusing on system improvements, scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and audit readiness. “I believe growth comes from embracing change, staying curious and being willing to step outside your comfort zone. Learn from your mistakes, adapt and keep moving forward. Above all, believe in yourself, stay true to your values, treat others with respect and do what brings you joy,” she says. Chris

Director, Design Engineering

Chris is a design engineering director supporting Qorvo’s millimeter wave products. He is known for balancing a deep desire to solve complex technical challenges while maintaining a broad, program-level perspective. In his leadership role, he focuses on understanding the full spectrum of a program — from customers and marketing to quality and production — helping ensure the product is the best it can be. He values the visibility and influence Qorvo provides across the entire development process. “You influence your product from start to finish here. If you're just a design house, you don't get all the inside information from R&D and manufacturing, and more importantly you wouldn't get to influence it. But because we have the technology process and the design in-house, we can move the technology forward.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves indoor rock climbing, music and Teslas. He and his wife also enjoy vacations that combine local sightseeing with outdoor activities like biking and hiking.

Senior Director, HPA & CSG Quality

For Wade, openness to new opportunities, strong collaboration and a deep understanding of systems have driven his success at Qorvo and shaped his path into his current role leading quality for Qorvo’s High Performance Analog (HPA) and Connectivity & Sensors Group (CSG) business units. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Wade’s flexibility across customer support, product, supplier quality and other areas positioned him as a trusted leader for strategic initiatives. In his role, he brings a systems-level perspective to quality, helping connect processes, people, products and services to drive continuous improvement across the organization. “Working in all different areas of the company keeps things fresh and exciting, but it's also taught me valuable lessons,” says Wade. “There are a variety of parts to any system, especially in manufacturing quality where you're dealing with processes, people, products and services. I now understand that I don't have to be an expert at everything. There are experts everywhere at Qorvo and it's been so gratifying to learn from their unique perspectives and move things forward as a team.” On work/life balance, Wade says, “In addition to the guardrails that Qorvo has in place to ensure a balanced lifestyle, my family also keeps me in line. Outside of work, we do lots of family activities, like hiking, beach vacations and yard work — things that take us outside and allow me to unplug. I truly have the best of both worlds.”
